Norman C. Jenson - born Nov 3, 1937 (when the earth was
still flat)
Presently divorced - I have two lovely
daughters - Jennifer 29, and Lisa 27.
Education:

Graduated from Van Nuys High
School – 1955

Graduated from Occidental College - 1959 - B. A.

Graduated from Arizona State University - 1970 - M. M.
Service: United States Naval Reserve - 1960 - 1963 - active
duty "Ensign Jenson" and 18 months later LTJG Jenson - Attended OCS at
Newport, R. I. and then active duty in Hawaii – Communications Officer on Ford
Island (in the middle of Pearl Harbor.)
Profession:

Organist/choirmaster in churches in So California and
Arizona from 1953 to the present - 2002.

Taught in Pasadena City Schools from 1963-1969

Taught at ASU while completing my Masters degree -
1969-1971

Taught at Coronado High School - Scottsdale - 1971-1972

Taught at Scottsdale Community College - 1972-1999
-
Musical Theater: Have been music director for over 50
shows at such places as Stagebrush Theater, Phoenix Little Theater, Mill Avenue
Theater, Foothills Community Theater, Scottsdale Center for the Arts and
Scottsdale Community College.
My hobbies include:

International Travel - I have had the great fortune to
visit Australia, China, all of Western Europe (my favorite countries include
Greece, Italy and Austria,) Egypt and Turkey. 'Still want to travel to
Scandinavia and Russia.

National Travel - over half of the United States –
still want to visit Alaska and the Southern states.

I have visited all of the National Parks in the western
states - My favorite - Sequoia Nat'l Park.
-
I love to camp, hike and backpack - 'have covered the
John Muir portion of the Pacific Crest Trail - 'would love to do it
again.
-
Of course music is also a hobby - love to attend
concerts and plays.
