If you’re new to Scottsdale United Methodist Church (SUMC) and interested in learning more, welcome. Our congregation welcomes all people, and we value each person’s presence, story, and participation in the life of the church.
Worship is the heartbeat of God’s people. When we gather in Jesus’ name, we offer praise and thanksgiving to God. Our worship opens our hearts and focuses our attention on the God who creates us, knows us, and calls us into the family of faith.
We gather for worship on Sundays at 9:00am. Wherever you are on your journey, whether you are exploring faith, returning to church, or looking for a church home, you are invited to come as you are. We also offer online worship at https://scottsdaleumc.org/watch/
Children are welcome in worship. At this time, we offer foundational children’s programming and are happy to share what to expect on Sunday morning.
We encourage you to join us in worship, look through the weekly bulletin for upcoming events and opportunities, and explore ways to connect through fellowship, activity or serving. Our pastor and leadership team members are available to help you find your next step. We’re glad you’re here, and we’d love to connect with you!
Getting here:
Scottsdale UMC is located on Miller Road, between Indian School Road and Camelback Road in downtown Scottsdale. Our campus provides ample parking and is accessible from the Valley Metro Route 41 bus that stops across Indian School Road and also from the MLHD route on the FREE Scottsdale Trolley (heads up, the Scottsdale Trolley ends routes at 7:45 pm on weekdays and unfortunately does not operate on weekends).
